Oakland Hills Kitchen Remodel

This Oakland Hills kitchen remodel was a collaboration with HDR Remodeling. A reflection of today’s casual lifestyles is the desire create open living areas without boundaries. In this case, the contractors converted three rooms into one large kitchen and breakfast nook that required removing the rear staircase and relocating the laundry room upstairs. We completely rewired the entire space, installing energy-efficient LED lights under the cabinets, in overhead lighting, and in beautiful fixtures over the island. What had been a dark, cramped space is now open, bright, highly functional and the center of this family’s activities.
